Talon Loyalty Rewards can vary but is currently a $10 Tango e-gift card for every invoice sent to you for over $150. Double Rewards would be a $20 Tango e-gift card for every invoice over $150!

2. Referral Program

Earn Commission as an Independent Contractor (IC) just for referring Talon Plumbing to your contacts at Property Management Companies! No active account management or plumbing knowledge needed. Utilize your network to create workflow to Talon Plumbing for a commission and we’ll manage the rest. Get paid as an independent contractor for every work order completed at any property that utilizes Talon Plumbing’s Service because of your referral efforts. Currently offering 7% of the contribution margin that is earned for every work order completed.

Small Print:

IC must provide a list of contacts at the referral property and one of those contacts must be the ‘requester’ who sends in the work order.
Invoices must be paid within 90 days or charge-backs on commission paid will incur
Requester lists must be updated every six months to validate the referral and continue earning commission
Monthly reports detailing invoice amounts and contributions margins will be sent with commission payments at mid-month following the reporting month

3. Account Manager Program

Become a full-time employee. Leverage your existing business relationships while developing new relationships with property management companies – Either as an Independent Contractor or as an Employee. Salary, commission, expense account, company car & benefits are negotiable and based on experience, existing customer base and benefit level desired. Interested?
